How We Treat Termite Infestation:

We may use a combination of any of these solutions below depending on the level of termite infestation.

Soil Treatment & Drenching: Application of long-lasting residual termite insecticides into the soil creating a barrier around the foundation thus preventing access to termites. This will also eradicate any termite colony in the soil around the foundation this solution is usually effective for years. 

Wood treatment: This is carried out on infested wood applying appropriate anti-termite by spray, brush, or injection.

Surface & Soil Termite Baiting: We install our special Bait formulation that combines an attractive food matrix favoured by termites that are impregnated with a slow-acting toxic chemical. Termite workers feed upon the bait and transfer it to other colony members by grooming or trophallaxis, eventually reducing or eliminating the entire colony. This can be applied in the soil or above the surface.

Pre-Construction Termite Treatment: This is also known as a “Pre-Treat.” New structures are treated against termites during the initial construction process. The common treatment consists of termiticides being applied to the soil before the slab is poured.
